摘　　要：文章首先给出了城市反恐的定义,划分了反恐的几个阶段;从近几年影响较大的城市恐怖活动中,总结出城市反恐救援的特点;接着对城市反恐救援进行了分类,针对每一类给出了反恐救援的具体思路,重点给出了考虑已出事地点与潜在出事地点的联合救援算法;最后,通过具体的算例对构建的算法进行了验证。This paper defines urban antiterrorism, carves it up into phases, and summarizes the characteristics from the cases that happened recent years. It also classifies the urban antiterrorism rescue, gives the thoughts of every kind and the model arithmetic which considers the happened accident places and the potential ones mostly. Finally, the model is validated by a special case.
