摘 要:以CECS 200-2006《建筑钢结构防火技术规范》为依据,介绍钢结构抗火设计中钢构件升温模型的3种计算方法,对各方法进行详细的对比分析,并给出3种方法的适用范围。通过工程实例分析将3种方法与有限元数值模拟及试验结果进行对比。结果表明,规范中所给的三种方法的计算结果均偏于保守,以增量法公式计算的钢构件升温数值最高,简化公式法的计算结果与实际最为接近,实际工程中应用简化公式计算火灾下钢构件的升温是一种简单适用且安全的方法。According to CECS 200-2006 Code for Fire Safety of Steel Building Structures,three calculation methods of steel member at elevated temperature in fire-resistant design of steel structure are introduced,and the calculated results by three different calculation methods are particularly analyzed,in addition,the application scopes of three methods are presented.Through an engineering example,the results of three methods are used to compare with those of finite element numerical simulation and experiment.The result shows that the calculation results by three methods based on the Code are all evidently higher than the experimental results.The increment formula has the highest result,and the simplified formula has a result which is the closest to the result of the experiment.Therefore,it is a simple and safe way to apply simplified formula to calculate the elevated temperature of steel member under fire in practical engineering.
