摘　　要：企业图书馆是记录、保存和传递企业文献信息的部门,但由于服务模式、服务手段、资源结构等方面存在的问题,企业图书馆已经很难满足现代企业的实际需求。为此,以服务于企业的生产经营为宗旨,分析其面临的问题,并寻求其发展对策,很有必要。The enterprise library is the department that records,stores and transmits business documentary information.Owing to the problems in the service model,service method and information structure,it cannot meet the actual needs of modern enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the current problems and find possible countermeasures with the main purpose to serve the production and operations.
