摘 要:目的探讨淫羊藿总黄酮对四氧嘧啶所致糖尿病小鼠的降糖作用。方法以200 mg.kg-1的剂量给小鼠腹腔注射四氧嘧啶造成糖尿病模型,按照50 mg.kg-1、100 mg.kg-1的剂量连续灌胃14 d后,取血测空腹血糖、SOD、MDA,并测定肝糖原和肌糖原含量,同时进行糖耐量实验。结果淫羊藿总黄酮能够降低糖尿病小鼠血糖,增加肝糖原和肌糖原含量,与模型组相比给药组SOD水平增加,MDA含量降低。结论淫羊藿总黄酮具有降糖作用,其机制可能与增加肝糖原和肌糖原含量,以及抗氧化、清除自由基有关。Aim To explore the hypoglycemic effect of TFE on alloxan induced diabetic mice.Methods Diabetes model was established by a single intraperitoneal injection of alloxan at a dose of 200 mg·kg-1 body weight.The hypoglycemic effects were investigated in alloxan-induced diabetic mice after oral administration of 50 mg·kg-1 and 100 mg·kg-1 TFE for 14 days.Then the blood was collected to determine the level of glucose and the contents of SOD,MDA.In addition,the glucose tolerance and the contents of liver glycogen as well as muscle glycogen were determined.Results TFE significantly reduced the FBG of alloxan-induced mice and improved the impaired glucose tolerance.At the same time,TFE increased the content of liver glycogen and muscle glycogen.Additionally,the levels of MDA were decreased and the activity of SOD was enhanced.Conclusion TFE has the hypoglycemic effect.Increasing the content of glycogen and antioxidant may be part of the mechanisms.
