摘　　要：目的建立测定脑心通片中芍药苷含量的HPLC法。方法采用VP-ODS C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相为乙腈-水-冰醋酸(75∶425∶0.4);检测波长为230 nm。结果芍药苷在10.04～80.32 mg.L-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 4),平均回收率为98.95%,RSD=0.45%。结论该法简便、准确、重复性好,适用于脑心通片中芍药苷的含量测定。Aim To establish a HPLC method for determination of paeoniflorin in naoxintong tablet.Methods C18 column was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-H2O-glacial acetic acid（75∶425∶0.4）.Detection wavelength was at 230 nm.Results With in the range from 10.04 to 80.32 mg·L-1,Paeoniflorin presented a good relationship between the injected amounts and peak areas（r=0.9994）.The average recovery was 98.95% and RSD was 0.45%.Conclusion The method is smiple,accurate,repeatible and can be applied to determine paeoniflorin in naoxintong tablets.
