摘　　要：目的探讨应用持续负压引流治疗慢性窦道的方法及效果。方法用刮匙刮除窦道内坏死组织、肉芽组织及周围硬化的瘢痕组织,清除伤口内异物肉芽肿后,予以持续负压的方式修复伤口。结果自2006年8月～2010年10月收治的13例体表慢性窦道,病程均1个月～半年以上,术后7～10 d切口拆线,窦道均一期愈合,随访到8例无复发,效果满意。结论此方法手术简便,易操作。手术损伤小,避免换药,减少了患者痛苦,伤口愈合加快,患者的医疗费用也大大减少。值得临床推广。Aim To explore the application of continious negative pressure drainage treatment of chronic fistula,and its effect.Methods Scrape spoon was used to remove the necrotic tissue,granulation tissue and surrounding hardening of the scar tissue,then eyewinker granuloma cleared in the wound before repairing the wound by pressure.Results Since August 2006 to October 2010 13 cases were diagnozed chronic fistula,with the course of 1 month to a half year.Fistula were primary healing.8 cases of follow-up had no relapse,the results being satisfactory.Conclusion This method is simple,the operation is easy.It has advautages of little injury,no bandage,less suffering,faster healing,and less medical costs,which is worthy to be promoted.
