摘　　要：面罩通气是临床麻醉及危重病人急救期间气道管理中最基本也是最重要的技能之一。在面罩通气期间往往会遇到某些意想不到的通气困难,这将关乎患者预后。鉴于气道管理中出现困难面罩通气是一种非常紧急和棘手的状态,若能预先准确评估及全面掌握其处理原则,可大大提高患者生存率。本文现就困难面罩通气的概念界定、预测、处理及特殊情况下困难面罩通气的应对作一综述。关键词:困难面罩通气;急救医学;Mask ventilation is one of the most fundamental and important skills of airway management during clinical anaesthesia and emergency care.Some unexpected difficulties may happen during mask ventilation,which will affect the prognosis of those patients.Presently,there are not so many researching essays,domestic or foreign,on difficulty in mask ventilation,however,it will be very troublesome and even critical to treat difficult mask ventilation happening during airway management;About difficulty mask ventilation,if accurate assessment and full understanding to the handling principles can be made in advance,survival rate of patients can be improved in a significant way.This essay hereby makes a summary on definition,prediction,and handling（for both general and special cases）of difficult mask ventilation.
