改良QB-Ⅰ型腔镜灌注法与传统灌注法在输尿管镜钬激光碎石治疗中的对比研究

摘　　要：目的探讨在输尿管镜钬激光碎石治疗中冲洗液的使用方法、评估效果、以选择最佳方法。方法 160例输尿管结石患者,随机分为两组。其中观察组76例患者采用改良QB-Ⅰ型腔镜灌注法加压注入冲洗液;对照组84例采用传统灌注法注入冲洗液。结果改良冲洗法与传统高挂法在平均手术时间一期碎石成功率及术中、术后并发症等方面相比较,前后分别为26.43 min与59.24 min、97.37%与85.71%、1.22%与3.57%。两组比较有统计学意义。结论对QB-Ⅰ型腔镜灌注泵的传感输液器改造后,保证了冲洗液的压力和流速、明显减少了冲洗液中气泡形成,缩短了手术时间,降低了手术风险,安全有效,便于推广应用。Aim To investigate and evaluate the method of flush fluid in order to choose the best method.Methods The total group was 160 cases,divided into two groups at random.The bservation group of 76 cases adopted improved QB-Ι type pour pump,while the contrast group of 84 cases used traditional method.Results We compared QB-Ι type pour pump and traditional method in operation time,success rate and perioperative complication.They were 26.43 min and 59.24 min,97.37% and 85.71%,1.22% and 3.57%,respectively.The differeuce had statistical significance.Conclusion Improved QB-Ι type pour pump guarantee the pressure and speed of the infuse liquid,shorten the air bubble and operation time,reduce the operation risk.It is safe and effective,worthy of promotion.
