摘  要:为了验证压电晶体喷油器和电磁铁喷油器的区别,通过油泵台架单只喷油器性能试验和发动机台架成套喷油器发动机性能对比试验,对比了喷油器的喷油规律、喷油量特性、开启延时、喷油一致性,以及发动机外特性和负荷特性试验的烟度、油耗、性能等,得出比较结论,压电晶体喷油器具有喷油规律先缓后急,开启延时段可实现多次喷射的优势,而发动机烟度、油耗、性能也得到了相应改善。Experiments for fuel test-bench and engine dyno were carried out to distinguish difference between piezoelectric and solenoid injector, and contrasts for injecting rate, injecting feature, opening delay and injecting consistency were made. Finally tests for engine overall characteristic and load characteristic were made. A conclusion can be drawn from performance index such as exhausting smoke, fuel consumption, operating characteristic that piezoelectric injector has higher stability and better injection rate, therefore engine per- formance such as percent load smoke, fuel consumption, operating characteristic can be improved with niezoelectric iniector system.
