参松养心胶囊治疗缓慢型心律失常伴长R-R间期53例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察参松养心胶囊治疗缓慢型心律失常伴长R-R间期的临床疗效。方法将106例各类缓慢型心律失常伴长R-R间期的患者随机分成治疗组、对照组各53例。2组患者除治疗原发病外,治疗组给予参松养心胶囊口服,对照组给予心宝丸口服,均治疗30d。疗程结束后观察临床疗效及24h动态心电图的变化。结果治疗组总有效率(88.7%)高于对照组(66.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后最慢心率、平均心率、24h总心率较治疗前升高,最快心率、早搏次数及长R-R间期频次下降(P<0.05),且较对照组改善显著(P<0.05),对照组治疗前后各项指标无显著改善(P>0.05)。结论参松养心胶囊治疗缓慢型心律失常伴长R-R间期,疗效显著。Objective To observe the efficacy of Shensongyangxin capsule for treatment of slow arrhythmia with long R-R interval.Methods 106 patients with slow arrhythmia with long R-R interval were assigned to Shensongyangxin capsule treatment group（n=53） and Xinbao pill（control group,n =53） group.In addition to primary disease therapy,the cases in treatment group were administrated to Shensongyangxin capsule,while the cases in control group were administrated Xinbao capsule for 30 days.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 88.7%,which was higher than that in control group（66.0%）.There were statistical differences in the effective rate between the control group and the treatment group （P0.05）.In treatment group,the most slow heart rale,average heart rate,24h total heart rate was increased compared pre treatment（P0.05 ）,the fast rale,the number of premature,and long R-R interval was decreased（P0.05）,which was obvious than those in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion It demonstrated that the Shensongyangxin capsule could be effective to treatment of slow arrhythmia with long R-R interval,and was worthy of further application in clinical pratice.
