摘 要:利用双螺杆挤出机制备了尼龙12(PA12)增强增韧复合材料,研究了喂料方式、玻纤(GF)用量、增韧剂种类(ST-4100,4700)及用量等因素对其力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:采用侧喂料工艺较长GF连续喂料工艺制备的复合材料力学性能更优异;随着GF用量增加,复合材料的拉伸强度提高;增韧剂4700较4100的增韧效果好;当PA12/GF/4700=60/32/8时,PA12复合材料拉伸强度为120MPa,悬臂梁缺口冲击强度为20kJ/m2,综合力学性能最佳。Reinforced and toughened polyamide 12(PA12) composites was prepared by twin-screw extruder.The effects of feeding methods,glass fiber(GF) content,the type and content of toughening agent on the mechanical properties of the composites were studied.It was found that the side-feeding technology is better than the direct-feeding technology for glass fiber reinforced PA12.The tensile strength of the PA12 composite increases with the increase of GF loading.It was also found that toughening agent 4700 has better toughening effect than 4100.When the proportion of PA12/GF/4700 is 62/30/8,the tensile strength of the composite reaches 120 MPa,and the notched Izod impact strength reaches 20 kJ/m2.
