摘　　要：本文指出了现代科学研究面临的挑战,并从知识问题解决的基本思路、新信息环境及其效用、世界学术信息交流体系的重组和数字图书馆四个方面论述了新信息环境对知识创新的效用。The paper points out the challenges of the modern science research,and discusses the effectiveness of new information environment to the knowledge innovation,from four aspects of the basic ideas of knowledge problem solving,new information environment and its utility,the restructuring of the academic information exchange system in the world,and the digital library.
