开放型经济大发展的背景下高技能工人培养模式的研究

摘　　要：在加快转变经济发展方式、推动开放型经济大发展的环境下,针对目前高技能工人培养存在的状况,提出高职教育创新工学结合、企业多元化及以激励机制为突破口的高技能工人的培养模式,实现一种长效机制,使政府、企业、院校真正地联动。Speeding up the transformation of economic development,promote economic development in an open environment for training highly skilled workers now exist,and put forward innovative engineering combined with vocational education,business diversification and incentives as a breakthrough in the cultivation of high-skilled workers mode,to achieve a long-term mechanism,the government,enterprises,institutions really linkage.
