摘　　要：针对电弧炉炉体倾动故障导致的一系列问题,对倾动系统进行了研究分析,制定了有效对策,显著提高了系统的可靠性。The electric arc furnace put slag and steel in the process,the furnace tilting cylinder will be a strong impact,Creates the hydraulic cylinder base and the joint damage,and because both sides of the cylinder under different load,resulting in a side of the cylinder block and piston seal unilateral excessive wear,severe paralysis can lead to tilting system,the production interruption.In view of this question,carries on the research analysis to the system,the formulation effective countermeasure,obviously enhances the system reliability.
