摘 要:以粳稻品种新丰2号为材料,采用桶栽,研究了灌浆不同时期土壤水分对籽粒含水量、粒重和充实度的影响以及它们之间的关系。结果表明:籽粒灌浆速率快速增加期与相应粒位籽粒快速脱水期同步,强势粒在花后10~20 d灌浆速率较高,粒重和充实度增加迅速,而弱势粒则在花后15~20 d和花后25~30 d;籽粒含水量与粒重及充实度的关系因粒位和灌浆时期的不同而存在差异,花后5 d和花后15~40 d,弱势粒含水量与其粒重及充实度呈极显著负相关关系,花后10~25 d,强势粒含水量与其粒重和充实度呈极显著负相关关系,花后5 d则呈极显著正相关关系。花后15~25 d适度控水可同时提高强、弱势籽粒的粒重及充实度。This paper investigated the effects and their relationships of soil moisture on grain filling characters(including grain water content,grain weight and plumpness) during different grain filling period in rice,using Xinfeng-2(japonica) as investigative material which was grown in barrel.The results showed that the period when grain-filling rate of rice was increased rapidly was corresponding with the stage when its grain water was lossed rapidly.The grain-filling rate of superior grains was highest on the 10~20 d after anthesis,its grain weight and plumpness were increased rapidly at the same time.However,it was on the 15~20 d and 25~30 d after anthesis for inferior grain.The relationship among grain water content,grain weight and plumpness was changed and different because of grain position or different grain-filling period.There was significantly negatively correlation between water content of inferior grain and its grain weight and plumpness on the 5 d and 15~40 d after anthesis.There was significantly negatively correlation between water content of superior grain and its grain weight and plumpness on the 10~25 d after anthesis,but it was significantly positive correlation at the 5 d after anthesis.The grain-weight and plumpness of superior grain and inferior grain were increased simultaneously by water controlling moderately on the 15~25 d after anthesis.
