摘  要:利用铝热反应熔化法制备YAG/Al2O3复相陶瓷材料,研究配料中Y2O3含量对复相陶瓷显微组织和力学性能的影响.结果表明:复相陶瓷的相组成为YAG和Al2O3,含有少量的Fe相.随着Y2O3含量的增大,Al2O3颗粒分布越均匀,复相陶瓷的维氏硬度先减小后增加,而相对密度是增加的,在x=0.90时达到最大值分别10.9GPa和99.3%;复相陶瓷的断裂韧性变化不大,接近于2.30MPa.m1/2.YAG/Al2O3 composite ceramic was prepared by aluminothermic reaction.The effect of the content of Y2O3 on the microstructure and mechanical properties of composite ceramic was investigated.The result showed that the composite ceramic was metallographically consisted of YAG,Al2O3 and a little amount of Fe.The more the content of Al2O3 phase was,the more uniform distribution the of Y2O3 particles would become.Vickers hardness of the ceramic decreased first and then increased,but the relative density of the ceramic increased all the time,and their maximum values were 10.9 GPa and 99.3%,respectively,when x=0.90.Fracture toughness of the ceramics was about 2.30 MPa·m1/2,changing a little with mass-fraction ratio of Y2O3/Al2O3.
