摘　　要：目的了解四川省甘孜彝族中老年人结膜囊细菌状况。方法对四川省甘孜州九龙县两个彝族乡聚居点的中老年人群136人272眼刮取下睑结膜囊分泌物,接种于血平板,培养48小时后进行细菌分离鉴定。结果结膜囊细菌阳性为69.85%(190/272)。培养出菌株195株中,表皮葡萄球菌占36.41%(71/195),棒状杆菌占33.85%(66/195)。结论 多数彝族老年人结膜囊存在细菌;绝大多数细菌为革兰氏阳性菌;表皮葡萄球菌、棒状杆菌是彝族中老年人结膜囊的优势菌种。Objective To investigate the species of bacteria in conjunctival sac of middle age and elder Yi people.Methods A total of 136 middle age and elder Yi people（272 eyes） in Jiulong county of Ganzi district were examined.Conjunctival secretion in lower eyelid was scraped,and inoculated on blood plate for 48 hours.Then the bacteria were isolated and identified.Results The positive rate of conjunctival bacteria was（69.85%）.A total of 195 strains were cultivated.The most dominant was Staphylococcus epidermidis（36.41%,71/195）.The next was Corynebacterium（33.85%,66/195）.Conclusions Bacteria could be found in most Yi people＇s conjunctival sac.The dominant bacteria were gram-positive bacteria.Staphylococcus epidermidis and Corynebacterium were the dominant strains in conjunctival sac of middle age and elder Yi people.
