加减三仁汤防治混合痔术后并发症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察加减三仁汤对湿热下注型混合痔术后并发症的预防与治疗的效果。方法确诊的混合痔(湿热下注型)患者70例采用简单化方法分为两组各35例,术后均给予常规处理,试验组加服加减三仁汤10天,对照组不予口服中药。观察并分析两组术后疼痛、水肿、出血和排便困难等症状体征的变化,比较两组创面愈合时间,综合评定其总体疗效情况。结果试验组术后第1～6天疼痛、第4～10天出血、水肿、排便困难程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05);术后并发症总积分两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组切口愈合时间[(15.74±2.58)天]明显短于对照组[(17.97±2.51)天],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组总有效率为97.1%,对照组为80.0%,试验组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 湿热下注型混合痔术后常规处理的同时口服中药加减三仁汤,防治术后并发症疗效优于单纯常规处理。Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of prevention and treatment for postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoids of damp-heat pouring downward syndrome with San Ren Tang.Methods Seventy inpatients with mixed hemorrhoids（damp-heat pouring downward syndrome） were randomly divided into 2 groups.After regular treatment in both groups,the study group started the treatment with San Ren Tang of totally ten days,while the control group did not.The clinical efficacy was observed and studied in statistics.Results The effect of study group was superior to that of control group in pain from 1st to 6th day,hemorrhage,edema and difficult defecation from 4th to 10th day（P0.05）.There was statistical significance between the two groups in postoperative complications（P0.05）.The incision healing time of the study group [（15.74±2.58） day] was significantly shorter than that of the control group [（17.97±2.51） day]（P0.05）.The total effective rate of study group was 97.1%,while the control group was 80.0%.The effects of study group was superior to that of control group（P0.01）.Conclusion San Ren Tang is a more safe and active therapeutics for postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoid with damp-heat pouring downward syndrome.
