益心康对体外心肌细胞感染柯萨奇病毒B_3影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察益心康对体外心肌细胞感染柯萨奇病毒B3的影响。方法益心康药液作用于乳鼠心肌细胞,观察心肌细胞的搏动、形态及酶学水平的变化。结果利巴韦林组(C组)CK-MB、LDH、AST水平低于病毒感染组(B组),P<0.01。益心康组(D组)、益心康加地塞米松组(E组)细胞中的CK-MB、LDH、AST水平明显低于B组,同时低于C组。D组、E组的酶学水平与B组比较,P<0.01;与C组比较,P<0.05;D组、E组之间比较,P>0.05。结论益心康对柯萨奇病毒感染的心肌细胞具有保护作用。Objective To observe the effect of Yixinkang soup on cardiocytes of a suckling rat that has been infected by CVB3 virus.Methods Yixinkang was used on rats′ cardiocytes,then the cellular beat,morphology and enzyme level changes were observed.Results The CK-MB,LDH and AST levels of Ribavirin group（Group C） were lower than those of the virus infected group（Group B）,P〈0.01.The CK-MB,LDH,and AST levels of Yixinkang group（Group D）and the Yixinkang with dexamethasone group（Group E） were distinctly lower than those of Group B,and also less than those of Group C.The enzyme level of Group D and Group E was less than that of Group B（P〈0.01） and Group C（P〈0.05）,there was no significant difference between Group D and Group E,P〈0.05.Conclusion Yixinkang has a protective effect for treatment of Coxsackie virus infection.
