摘　　要：目的:总结食管癌术后吻合口瘘患者的综合护理措施,提高临床护理质量。方法:在手术治疗的同时,严密观察病情变化,做好呼吸道、各种管道和心理的护理。结果:1例患者并发胸腔内感染大血管破裂死亡,2例患者痊愈出院,3例患者好转出院。结论:术后细致的病情观察,充分的引流和营养支持是治疗成功的关键,而精心的专业化护理在治疗食管癌术后吻合口瘘患者中也起到降低死亡率、保障患者治愈的重要作用。Objective：To summarize the nursing interventions of patients with esophageal carcinoma stoma fistula after surgery and improve the quality of nursing. Methods：Simultaneously with operation ,observe pathogenetic condition aceuratly, do well with the care of psycho respiratory tract and tubings. Resuits：One paitent died of angiorthexis after thoracic cavity infection, two paitents recovered, three paltents turn better after treatment. Conclusion：Observe pathogenetic condition accurafly, sufficient drainage and nutritional support is the criticality after surgery, specialized care is important in degrading mortality rate anti safeguarding the recovery of patients with esophageal carcinoma stoma fistula.
