摘　　要：目的:探讨大包干责任制护理模式在普通外科病房实施的效果。方法:根据大包干责任制的要求,将护理人员按层级分组管理病人和一对一管理病人,实行护理人员床边工作制,比较实施前后病人对护理服务满意度及护士工作满意度。结果:开展大包干责任制后,住院病人的满意度达95%以上,护理工作质量与效率明显提高。结论:大包干责任制护理模式可提高护士的责任感和专业水平,为患者提供连续性护理服务,增进护患间的相互理解与信任。Objective ： To investigate the effect of the round contract responsibility system of care model implemented in the general surgical ward. Methods ： According to the big contracting accountability requirements, the nurses were grouped according to the level and individual to manage the patients, to implement bedside nurses working system. To compare the patients＇ satisfaction with nursing care and nurses job satisfaction before and after implement. Results： After carrying out all - round contract responsibility system, patients＇satisfaction Increased to 95% , and nursing quality and efficiency improved significantly. Conclusion：The round contract responsibility system, improve the responsibility of nurses effectively, help to improve the professionalism of nurses, to provide continuity of nursing care for patients, to promote mutual understanding and trust between nurses and patients.
