基于线粒体cytb片段探索小麂新亚种——江口亚种(Muntiacus reevesi jiangkouensis subsp.nov.)的分类地位

摘　　要：从保存于贵州师范大学生科院动物标本室的小麂陈旧皮张中提取DNA,利用线粒体DNA细胞色素b通用引物通过PCR扩增,获得小麂江口亚种(Muntiacus reevesi Jiangkouensis subsp.nov.)和小麂指名亚种(Muntiacus reevesi reevesi)的线粒体DNA细胞色素b基因的部分序列,对二者进行序列比对,计算序列差异,并且用最大简约(MP)和贝叶斯(BI)方法构建系统进化树,结果不能确定江口小麂是小麂的新亚种。We extracted DNA from the obsolete hides of Muntiacus reevesi which was preserved in the Animals Specimens Collection of Guizhou Normal University,and amplified the mitochondrial cytb gene sequences of Muntiacus reevesi Jiangkouensis subsp, nov. and Muntiacus reevesi reevesi by using the mitochondrial cytb general primer.We computed sequence distances after aligning these sequences,and produced evolutionary trees using Maximum Parsimony （MP） and Bayesian （B1） methods .The results can＇t give the certain idea that the Muntiacus reevesi Jiangkouensis subsp.nov, is the new subspecies.
