摘　　要：黄淮四市是河南省粮食生产核心区,但经济发展速度低于全省平均水平。立足农业产业,大力发展农村合作经济组织是黄淮四市赶上全省发展步伐的方法之一。文章从对农村合作经济组织的概念和主要模式分析入手,结合黄淮四市的现状提出农村合作经济组织发展遇到的问题,在借鉴农业出口大国荷兰成功经验的基础上,提出了黄淮四市进一步发展农村合作经济组织的对策和措施。The Huang-huai four cities（including Xinyang,Zhoukou,Nanyang and Zhuma Dian） are the major areas of food production in Henan province,with a slower speed of economic development than other cities in the whole province.On the basis of agriculture,the reinforcement of rural cooperative economic organization is one means of keeping pace with the provincial development.To begin with the conception of rural cooperative economic organization and the analysis of the main patterns,this paper puts forward some problems about developing the rural cooperative economic organization,in combination with the current situations in these four cities,and also proposes some measures and policies to enhance the development of the rural cooperative economic organization,with reference to the sucessful experience of Netherland-the leading country in exporting agricultural products.
