摘　　要：地震灾害对城市的破坏性非常大,防震减灾规划已成为当代规划必须考虑的一环。文章从新西兰地震灾害的综合防御应急管理入手,结合当前我国城市防震减灾规划中存在的问题,重点分析新西兰城市建设规划中防震减灾规划的特点和经验,对我国的地震灾害防灾减灾规划建设具有一定的理论价值和实际指导意义。Earthquake disaster does harm to city,so disaster mitigation has become one thing that must be taken into account in the new age.Based on New Zealand earthquake integrated defense emergency management,considering the problems existed in Chinese Urban Earthquake Disaster Mitigation planning,this paper analyzes the characteristics of New Zealand＇s Urban Earthquake Disaster Mitigation planning,which would have some theoretical and practical significance on Chinese earthquake disaster prevention and mitigation planning.
