摘　　要：保护和改善洞庭湖流域生态环境和资源,为子孙后代造福是我们义不容辞的责任和历史使命,根据流域(或区域)生态学系统原理,结合洞庭湖流域存在的生态及环境问题,提出了流域生态环境、生态资源保护和改善的初步设想与建议。It is our holy responsibility and historic mission to protect and improve the ecological environment and natural resource of the watershed of the Dongting Lake for our future generations.According to principles of Watershed Ecological System Theory,combined with ecological and environmental issues of the Dongting Lake watershed,the paper proposes some suggestions on the watershed ecological environment and ecological resources protection of the lake.
