摘  要:选取花生品种群育54和蓬莱一窝猴的种子,进行黄曲霉菌接种和不同浓度水杨酸溶液的诱导处理,测定两个品种几丁质酶活性。结果表明,经诱导处理后,两个品种的几丁质酶活性均有所提高,群育54酶活性水平提高幅度高于蓬莱一窝猴。几丁质酶活性在黄曲霉菌侵染后192h仍呈上升趋势;水杨酸处理后72h达到峰值。不同浓度水杨酸对花生种子几丁质酶活性诱导效果有较大差别1,.0mmol/L水杨酸溶液诱导处理酶活性水平提高最为明显。经诱导处理后几丁质内切酶活性明显高于几丁质外切酶活性。The seeds of two peanut varieties Qunyu54 and Penglaiyiwohou were inoculated by Aspergillus flavus and sprayed by salicylic acid of three different concentrations respectively, and the chitinase activity was measured. The results showed that the chitinase activity in two peanut varieties increased after inducement, and the chitinase activity of Qunyu54 was higher obviously than that of Penglaiyiwohou. The chitinase activity was still increasing 192h after the infection of A. flavus, and reached the maximum 72h after spraying salicylic acid. The chitinase activity showed obvious difference in the inducement of different concentration of salicylic acid, and reached the highest after induced by 1.0mmol/L salicylic acid. The endochitinase activity was higher than the exochitinase activity after the inducement ofA. flavus and salicylic acid.
