湖南省田径运动项目布局和发展对策研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、"差距指数法"等方法,探索了湖南省的优势项目、次优势项目、一般水平项目、劣势项目,以及制约湖南省田径运动发展的主要原因,据此提出湖南省田径运动项目的合理布局、加强后备人才培养与教练员队伍建设等发展对策。By means of documentation and the gap index method,the thesis tends to find out the dominant items,subordinate dominant items,average items,inferior items,and the main causes of the restriction to the development.It proposes countermeasures like the proper distribution of each item,and the training of the coaches and the reserve strength.
