摘 要:通过研究多种商用CAD系统所采用的参数化特征建模方法和宏文件,定义宏命令组和宏语义命令,给出基于宏语义的异构CAD协作模型的体系结构;阐述了异构CAD同步协同设计的关键技术,提出了以宏语义命令为中心的宏语义映射模型以及宏语义与宏命令组的实时转换方法;介绍一种新的基于FMVIC算法的多版本复制技术作为并发控制策略以保证非调和冲突操作的意愿.实例表明,通过宏语义命令在异构CAD系统间实时交换操作语义的方法可以较好的实现同步协同设计,减少数据转换的耗时量并降低了对网络带宽的要求,提升了实时同步的效果.By studying the parametric feature modeling methods and macro files of various commercial CAD systems,Macro Command Group(MCG) and Macro Semantic Command(MSC) are defined and the architectures of heterogeneous CAD collaborative model based on macro semantics are presented.Then some key technologies of realizing heterogeneous CAD synchronous collaborative design are elaborated,real-time translation method and mapping model between MCG and MSC are put forward.The multi-versioning technique using FMVIC algorithm is introduced,which can keep consistency when the conflict operations occurring in the cooperative CAD systems and ensure the intentions of conflict operations.The preliminary test results show that the proposed model works well by real-time exchange macro semantic command among heterogeneous CAD systems to realize synchronous collaborative design,which can reduce the requirement of network bandwidth and promote the real-time synchronous effect.
