低速微创旋切术治疗下肢静脉曲张208例临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨低速Trivex微创旋切术治疗静脉曲张的效果。方法应用低速Trivex微创旋切术(微创组)治疗208例患者共328条患肢,与传统手术组(218例,320条患肢)对比研究。结果微创组平均每条肢体手术时间(30±4.5)min,切口平均约(2.5±0.5)mm,切口数量平均(4.2±0.5)个,出血量平均(56±5)ml。平均住院3.5d。传统组手术时间较微创组明显延长(P<0.05),切口大小和数量明显大于微创组(P<0.05),术中出血量显著大于微创组(P<0.05)。结论低速Trivex微创旋切术治疗静脉曲张具有创伤小、恢复快、安全有效兼有保持下肢美观的特点,效果良好。Objective To evaluate therapeutic efficacy of minimally invasive rotary varicotomy（Trivex TM） for varicose veins of the lower extremity.Methods All patients with varicose veins were divided into two groups according to the operative methods：a minimally invasive group（MIG）including 208 patients（328 limbs） and an orthodox method group（OMG） including 218 patients（320 limbs）,and clinical data of the two groups were analyzed retrospectively.Results The average operation time of the MIG for each limb was（30±4.5） minutes.The average length of incisions of the MIG was（2.5±0.5） mm.The average number of incisions of the MIG was（4.2±0.5）.The average hospital stay of the MIG was 3.5 days.The average hemorrhage amount of the MIG was（56±5） ml.Compared with the OMG,the MIG had characteristics such as shorter operation time（P0.05）,smaller numbers of incision（P0.05） and less hemorrhage（P0.05）.Conclusions TriVexTM has such advantages as minimal invasion,quick recovery,safety and cosmetic effect in treatment of varicose veins of the lower extremity.
