摘　　要：目的探讨综合康复治疗对老年高血压患者动脉僵硬度的影响。方法 96例老年高血压患者随机分成综合康复组(n=42)和对照组(n=54),对照组给予常规药物治疗,综合康复组在常规药物治疗的基础上增加综合康复治疗,治疗周期6个月。比较治疗前后血压、血浆C-反应蛋白(CRP)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)水平变化。结果两组治疗后较治疗前血压、LDL-C、HOMA-IR和baPWV均有下降;综合康复组较对照组血压、LDL-C、HOMA-IR和baPWV下降更明显(P<0.05)。结论老年高血压患者进行高血压综合康复能进一步降压并改善动脉僵硬度。Objective To study the influence of integrated rehabilitation on arterial stiffness in aged patients with hypertension.Methods The aged patients with hypertension（n=96） were randomly divided into the integrated rehabilitation group（n=42） and control group（n=54）.The control group was treated with routine medications and the integrated rehabilitation group,with routine medications and integrated rehabilitation.The therapeutic course was 6 months.The changes of blood pressure,and plasma levels of C-reactive protein（CRP）,low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol（LDL-C）,insulin resistance index（HOMA-IR） and brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity（baPWV） were compared between two groups before and after the treatment.Results The levels of blood pressure,LDL-C,HOMA-IR and baPWV decreased in two groups after the treatment,and in the integrated rehabilitation group the levels of blood pressure,LDL-C HOMA-IR and baPWV decreased more significantly（P0.05） than those in the control group.Conclusion The integrated rehabilitation can further decrease blood pressure and ameliorate arterial stiffness in aged patients with hypertension.
