摘　　要：随着状态监测与故障诊断技术的不断发展,远程在线监测系统的应用越来越广泛,在生产中的作用也越来越大,但目前还存在一些影响系统正常使用和诊断功能实现的问题。通过采用系统升级、引进工艺参数、添加键相信号、整改异常数据等一系列措施对S8000在线监测系统功能进行了完善,使系统更加稳定,功能更加强大,为大型旋转机械的平稳运行提供了有力保障。Improvement of remote on-line monitoring system function for large rotating machinery by upgrading, keyway phase signal has been added, technological parameters have been imported and error data has been corrected. Hence, the S8000 systems were steadier; the monitoring function was more powerful. The remote monitor and diagnosis have been realized in deed. It could monitor fault signal timely, exactly and availably. It also could afford data to manage; the plants security and reliability have been enhanced greatly. The predictive maintenance technology has been promoted for large rotating machinery.
