摘　　要：高校扩招后学生档案数量急剧增加,毕业生派遣去向分散化和就业方式多样化,使得高校毕业生档案准确转递及快速查询成为一大难题。以成都理工大学为例,从档案转递规范化及查询智能化的角度,阐述了准确转递档案及快速查询档案转递信息的办法措施。The dramatic increase of the number of students＇flies since the recruit expansion of colleges and universities, the decentralization of students＇assignments and the diversities of graduates＇employment have made it a hot potato to accurately transfer and quickly inquire their files. The paper, from the angle of standardized transfer and intclligentized inquiry, explores ways and measures of accurate transfer and quick inquiry of students＇file information.
