摘 要:介绍煤棒制作的工艺和要求,即原料煤粉含水质量分数〈8%,配制后原料含水质量分数〈13%,沤化时间一般为24h,烘干后煤棒含水质量分数〈4%。以煤棒制气时,应适当提高入炉蒸汽压力和汽量,炉上温度一般控制在(280±20)℃,炉下温度一般控制在(300±20)℃,并应调整吹风百分比,增加下灰次数。采用煤棒制气,可充分利用碎煤、粉煤,吨氨成本下降140元,吨尿素成本下降90元以上,经济效益显著。The process and requirements are given for the manufacture of coal rods, viz., feed coal powder with a water content of 〈 8 % mass fraction, water content of feed after compounding 〈 13% mass fraction, soaking time usually 24 h, and water content of dried coal rod 〈 4% mass fraction. When the coal rod is used for gasification, the pressure and quantity of steam entering the gasifier should be increased appropriately, the temperature in the upper part of the gasifier is generally controlled at (280 ± 20) ℃, while that in the lower part of the gasifier is usually controlled at (300 ± 20)℃, the percentage of the blow is to be adjusted, and the number of ash discharge is increased. By using coal rod for gasification, broken and pulverized coal can be fully utilized, the cost per ton of ammonia decreases by 140 yuan, the cost per ton of urea drops by over 90 yuan, so the economic benefit is remarkable.
