单一板钛矿型SO_4^(2-)/TiO_2固体酸催化剂的制备、表征及其在酯化反应中的应用

摘　　要：采用水热法制备了单一板钛矿型SO42-/TiO2型固体酸催化剂,运用XRD等对其进行了表征,并对其催化合成顺丁烯二酸二异戊酯的性能进行了研究.实验结果表明:在最优条件下顺丁烯二酸酐的转化率为94.3%.催化剂的重复使用和稳定性良好.Brookite TiO2 with single phase type SO42-/TiO2 solid acid catalysts had been successfully synthesized by hydrothermal method and characterized by XRD.Synthesis of diisopentyl maleate from MAH and isoamylol by the catalysts was studied.The experimental results showed that the conversion of MAH reached 94.3% under the optimized conditions.The reutility property and stabilization of the catalyst is fine.
