摘 要:针对双脉冲MIG焊专家数据库的开发,提出一种新的数据拟合与判定方法。首先通过工艺试验得到给定电流和送丝速度相匹配的50组数据,在Matlab软件中按不同阶数的曲线拟合方法来拟合这些数据,以R-square、Adjusted R-square、RMSE三个指标评判曲线拟合的线性度和误差控制能力,选取最优阶数的拟合曲线,根据最优拟合曲线即可得到给定电流与送丝速度相匹配的完整专家数据库。试验验证,通过该方法生成的专家数据库能较好地实现数字化焊机一元化控制功能,选取其中的参数进行试焊,焊接过程稳定,无顶丝、回烧现象,焊接质量良好。In order to establish the expert database of double-pulsed GMAW,50 sets of data of well-matched welding current and wire speed were obtained through craft experiments.Then the fitting curves of different orders of these data by MATLAB could be gotten.By evaluating linearity and error control ability of the curves with R-square,Adjusted R-square and RMSE,the one with optimal order could be acquired.Based on the optimal fitting curve,a complete expert data base with perfectly-matched currents and wire speeds could be built.Test results showed that the adjustment of welding current and wire speed could be unified,and steady welding process as well as fine welding quality could be achieved by the application of the parameters picked from the expert database.
