芬苯达唑干混悬剂对绵羊裸头科绦虫的驱除效力试验

摘　　要：应用芬苯达唑干混悬剂,分别按5,10,20mg/kg体重剂量驱除绵羊裸头科绦虫,并设吡喹酮片剂20mg/kg体重剂量药物对照组和阳性对照组。粪检结果:芬苯达唑干混悬剂5,10,20mg/kg剂量对裸头科绦虫的粪便虫卵(节片)转阴率分别为70.0%、100.0%和100.0%。用药后14d剖检结果:芬苯达唑干混悬剂5mg/kg体重剂量对莫尼茨绦虫、无卵黄腺绦虫的驱虫率分别为70.7%、63.0%;10、20mg/kg体重剂量的驱虫率均达100.0%。结果表明10mg/kg和20mg/kg体重芬苯达唑干混悬剂试验剂量对绵羊裸头科2属绦虫均有效,其中10mg/kg以上剂量驱除绵羊裸头科绦虫高效安全。The fenbendazole dry suspension agent in a dose of 5mg/kg,10mg/kg and 20mg/kg were used to deuorm Anoplocephalidae in sheep,respectively,in the meautime,the drug control group with praziquantel tablet in a dose of 20mg/kg and the positive control group were set up.The results of facal examination showed that the negative conversion rate of eggs（segments）of Anoplocephalidae in the fecal of deworming groups with fenbendazole dry suspension agent in a dose of 5mg/kg,10mg/kg and 20mg/kg were 70.0%,100.0%and 100.0%,respectively.The results of autopsy at the fourteeth days after treatment showed that the deworming rate of moniezia and avitellia centripuntata were 70.7% and 62.0% in the deworming group with fenbendazole dry suspension agent in a dose of 5mg/kg,respectively,and those with 10mg/kg and 20mg/kg were 100.0%,suggesting that the deworming Anoplocephalidae in sheep with fenbendazole dry suspension agent in a dose of 10mg/kg and 20mg/kg was efficient and safe.
