摘　　要：山西公安机关在民爆公共安全管理方面采取了依靠地方党委政府领导、坚持走群众路线、强化民爆公共安全的行政许可管理工作、打击涉爆违法犯罪、提高民爆公共安全管理硬件水平等对策。针对目前面临的一系列问题,民爆公共安全管理应从组织建设和队伍建设、民爆服务专业化、一体化、严格依法审批与热情服务结合、提高民爆公共安全管理的信息化水平、坚持长期打击涉爆违法犯罪几方面来推进和提高。Shanxi police organs take measures of depending on the leadership of local Party Committee and government,insisting on mass line,strengthening the administrative permission on civil explosive public safety management,attacking explosive-involved offences and improving hardware level of civil explosive public safety management.Based on a series of problems,civil explosive public safety management could be improved by organizational development and team building,professional and integrated civil explosive service,the combination of strict legal approval and enthusiastic service,the improvement of information level on civil explosive public safety management and the attack on explosive-involved offences.
