摘 要:[目的]验证促生菌uw4在盐胁迫下对向日葵种子生长的影响。[方法]将向日葵种子在促生菌uw4悬浮液中浸泡后放入小花盆中进行沙培,每隔2d浇1次透水,30d后检测生理生态指标。[结果]一定的盐胁迫会降低向日葵种子的出芽率、株高、根长、干重和鲜重等生态指标,促生菌uw4能减轻或缓解盐胁迫作用。盐胁迫下植物叶片中可溶性糖含量、过氧化物酶活力和丙二醛含量都有不同程度的增加,而加入促生菌后植物叶片中可溶性糖含量和过氧化物酶活力2项生理指标增加幅度变大,但丙二醛含量减少。[结论]促生菌uw4能减轻或降低盐胁迫对向日葵种子生长的抑制作用。[Objective]The PGPR-uw4 under the stress of NaCl solution affecting the sunflower seed growth was measured.[Method]The sunflower seeds were planted in the pots filled with sand after they were soaked in the PGPR-uw4 suspension solution and fully watered once two days.And the physiology and ecology index of the seedling was measured after the 30th day.[Results]The results indicated that the germination,shoot height,root length,dry weight as well as fresh weight and other ecological indexes of the sunflower under the stress of certain concentration of salt was decreased and the PGPR-uw4 could lighten and reduce the effect caused by salt.The content of sugar,peroxidase vitality and the content of malonaldehyde in sunflower leaf under the stress of NaCl solution were increased at different degrees,however,the two former physiological indexes could be obviously raised but the content of malonaldehyde was reduced while the PGPR-uw4 was added.[Conclusion]The PGPR-uw4 could lighten and reduce the inhibition from the salt stress to sunflower seed growth.
