摘  要:[目的]研究广西28个区试甘蔗品种的抗旱性。[方法]以叶片自然干旱症状和复水后恢复情况进行对比,采用7种不同生理指标系统聚类分析方法比较和分析了甘蔗生长前期广西28个进入区试的高产高糖品种抗旱性差异。[结果]广西28个区试品种中有6个表现高抗、8个中抗、13个不抗。7种不同生理指标系统聚类抗旱分析结果与自然干旱症状和复水后恢复情况基本吻合。[结论]该研究可以为甘蔗良种资源推广和应用提供参考依据。[Objective]The research aimed to study the drought resistance of sugarcanes in 28 regional trials of Guangxi.[Method]The natural drought symptoms and the recovery situation after rewatering were compared,and the difference drought resistance of 28 sugarcane varieties with high yield and sugar content at the early growth stage in the area trails of Guangxi were compared and analyzed by 8 different physiological indicators and cluster analysis method.[Method]The results showed that among 28 sugarcane varieties using the areas trials of Guangxi,there were 6 varieties with highly resistant,8 varieties with moderately resistant,13 varieties with non-resistant.7 different physiological results by cluster analysis were basic accordance with the results the natural drought symptoms and the recovery situation after rewatering.[Conclusion] The study can provide reference for extend and application of good sugarcane varieties.
