摘  要:[目的]建立测定水中六六六(BHC)和滴滴涕(DDT)等10种有机氯农药残留的快速分析方法。[方法]采用液-液萃取(浓硫酸净化)、国产OV-17毛细管色谱柱和ECD检测器,通过优化试验条件测定南昌市水源水及饮用水中六六六(BHC)和滴滴涕(DDT)等10种有机氯农药的残留。[结果]方法的线性范围为0.001~0.01μg/ml,加标平均回收率在90.3%~109.8%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为2.5%~6.9%。[结论]该方法快速、经济、有效,对水源水及饮用水中有机氯农药残留的测定具有较好的适用性。[Objective]The aim aim was to develop a fast method for determination of 10 kinds of organochlorine pesticide residues including residues of BHCs and DDTs in source water and drinking water.[Method]With optimized experimental conditions,10 kinds of organochlorine pesticide residues including residues of BHCs and DDTs in source water and drinking water in Nanchang city were determined by gas chromatography with liquid-liquid extraction,clean-up with concentrated sulfuric acid,OV-17 capillary chromatic pillar and ECD.[Result]The linear range of the method was 0.001 ~0.01 μg/ml,with recoveries in the range of 90.3%-109.8%,and relative standard deviation in the range of 2.5% 6.9%.[Conclusion]The method was fast,economical,and applicable to the determination of organochlorine pesticide residues in source water and drinking water.
