摘　　要：针对Microstation V8平台二次开发,阐述了以"骨架线+构造数据"表现地形图点线面等元素的设计思路和方法,辅以图形要素关系间的处理手段,有效解决了制图效果与GIS数据要求的冲突,实现了"一套数据、两种用途"。This paper describes the design ideas and methods of showing elements in topographic map such as point,line,and plane using skeleton and structural data.It is resolves conflicts between mapping effect and GIS data requirement with the help of handle measures about figurative elements relations,and achieving the purpose of one set of data for two utilities,through secondary development in Microstation V8 platform.
