不可再生能源约束下的技术进步与内生经济增长模型

摘　　要：在内生经济增长理论的基础上,建立含不可再生能源研发的经济增长模型,借助动态优化的方法,分析不可再生能源研发对经济增长的关键作用。结果表明,不可再生能源研发活动具有规模收益递增的特点,对不可再生能源供应源的扩张具有特殊贡献,不可再生能源研发改变了劳动力要素的分配,突破了资本边际报酬递减对经济增长的限制,有助于经济摆脱不可再生能源的约束,实现可持续增长。Based on the theory of endogenous economic growth,the economic growth model with nonrenewable energy R D is established.By the method of dynamic optimization,the key effects of nonrenewable energy R D are analyzed.The results suggest that R D and creation have special contributions to the expansion of nonrenewable energy sources with the increasing scale return.As the propeller,nonrenewable energy R D redistributes the labor factors,breaks the limit of marginal return decreasing,and will eventually help economy step into sustainable growth.
