摘　　要：目的建设新建本科院校化学特色专业,提高人才培养质量。方法以教育部实施本科教学质量与教学改革工程的意见为指导,优化人才培养方案,加强师资队伍建设,培养学生创新能力。结果培养的学生质量较高,创新能力强,考取硕士生较多。结论特色专业建设措施有力,特色显著。Aim Through the construction on the chemistry characteristic specialty of newly-established university,raising the quality of talents cultivation.Method（s） According to the guideline of between teaching quality and teaching reform project by Education Ministry,optimizing personnel training programs,improve teachers＇teaching level and t he school conditions and cultivate student s＇ability of creation.Result（s） The quality of students cultivation were higher,students＇ability of creation Was to strengthen,Increase the number of postgraduate.Conclusion（s） Effective measures and Features of the construction on the chemistry characteristic specialty.
