The organizational management and nursing practice of high-quality care service model in the urology department

摘  要:目的总结我科开展创建优质护理服务示范病房的组织管理与护理实践经验,为深入开展优质护理服务提供借鉴。方法在开展创优服务期间,实施床边工作制,改变管理制度和优化设施,同时注重用心服务和发展专科,收集我科在创优前后的病房的红灯次数、陪护率、表扬信和发表论文篇数、患者的满意度、护士的满意度、医生的满意度。结果创优后病房的红灯次数、陪护率明显下降;收到的表扬信、护士发表的论文数明显上升;患者对护理工作的满意度、医生对护士的满意度明显提高(P〈0.05);而护士对工作的满意度无统计学差异(P〉0.05)。结论个人管床制能增强护士的责任感,增强护士主动学习意识,提高临床思维能力。床边工作制有利于增加护士对患者的直接护理时间,提高工作效率,提高患者和医生的满意度。Objective To summarize the organizational management and nursing practice during the period of creating high-quality care service model in our department, to provide reference about how to carry out high-quality nursing service in departments. Methods During the period of implementation of high-quality care service in our department, the creative management was implemented, including carrying out bedside nurses working system, changing management mode, optimizing facilities, saving human resources, focusing on attentive service on patients and the development of specialty, etc. Then collected and compared the data of the red light ratio, the accompany rate, the amount of letters of appreciation and theses of publishmeut, the sal tisfaction degrees of patients, nurses, doctors before and after implementing the high-quality care service in our department. Resuhs After implementation of high-quality care service, the ratio of red light and accompany dropped dramatically, the numbers of letters and theses rose obviously, so as the satisfaction of patients and doctors. They were all statistically significant (P〈0.05).However, the job satisfaction of nurses had no statistically significance. Conclusion Being in charge of sickbeds personally can enhance the sense of responsibility of nurses, increase awareness of nurses in active learning, and improve clinical thinking ability. Bedside nurses working system can help to increase the direct nursing time, to improve efficiency, and to increase patients' and surgeons' satisfaction. Meanwhile, increasing allocation of nurses, improving low-income situation of nurses, and reducing the pressure on nurses need to be solved urgently.
