摘 要:高速公路建设项目属线型工程,一般路线较长。公路沿线遇到山体、沟道、河流要开凿隧道或架设桥梁等工程节点;穿越不同的地貌类型产生自然节点;跨域不同的行政区域产生行政节点。以呼和浩特-集宁高速公路为例,对高速公路水土保持方案编制中的三种节点的控制作用展开分析研究,能准确把握水土保持方案编制过程中的土石方平衡,防治分区及防治体系确立,补偿费征收额度,对高速公路水土保持方案的编制具有较强的指导意义。Highway constructions are linear projects whose distance is usually long.When confronted with mountains,channels,rivers alone the highway,it is necessary to dig tunnels,build bridges and other engineering nodes.Cutting across different landforms generates natural nodes.Passing through different administrative regions brings in administrative nodes.Taking Huhhot to Jining Highway as the case,this paper studies the control action of three kinds of nodes in soil and water conservation programming for highway construction,which can accurately grasp the earthwork balance,establish the prevention division and prevention system,estimate the amount of compensation fee collection in soil and water conservation programming,and has a strong role in guiding the soil and water conservation programming for highway construction.
