摘　　要：国家大学生创新性实验计划以问题和课题为核心的研究性学习和个性化培养的教学方式,是培养创新人才的有效措施和重要载体。文章介绍了山东农业大学"四保障、三严格、二激励、一加强"切实做好国家大学生创新性实验计划的工作举措,并结合工作实际探讨如何培养大学生的创新能力。National College of innovative pilot scheme to the problems and issues at the core of learning and teaching personal training is to develop innovative and effective measures and key personnel carrier.This paper introduces our school ＂four security,three rigorousness,two incentives,one strengthening＂ really good job in the State College of innovative initiatives experimental project work and actual work to explore ways to cultivate the innovate ability.
