摘 要:对复合材料的结构损伤演化过程的研究在飞机结构设计中具有越来越重要的工程指导意义。针对含低速冲击损伤层压板的压缩分析,提出了一种考虑层间损伤的三维有限元模型,该模型通过层间节点耦合方式,将复合材料层压板各子层粘合到一起,能准确、形象的模拟层间的相互作用。同时,基于累积损伤思想开发了复合材料层压板压缩过程的损伤仿真程序,该程序能够预测层压板在压缩载荷下面内和层间损伤的产生、发展及整体破坏过程。并以材料T300/5222为例,对含低速冲击损伤层压板的压缩强度进行了数值计算和试验研究,结果表明:该方法能较好的预测含冲击损伤层压板的压缩破坏载荷。Research of composite damage evolution process is of more and more important engineering significance in aircraft structure design.A 3D finite element model in consideration of damage between laminates is proposed to run compression analysis of composite laminates under low velocity impact.The model bonds sub-laminate together by nodes coupling to simulate laminates'mutual interaction accurately.Meanwhile,a compressive simulation program of composite laminates is developed based on damage accumulation.It can predict the damage initiation and propagation both in laminate and between laminates under compression load.Finally,compression test and calculation of composite laminates with low-velocity impact damage is carried out.By comparison of results between simulation and test,the model and the program proposed are verified to predict the breaking load of laminates with low-velocity impact damage accurately.
