疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝381例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析2006年1月～2010年3月无张力疝修补术治疗的381例腹股沟疝患者的临床资料。结果:所有患者手术顺利,无切口感染,无围术期死亡,术后尿潴留13例(3.4%),阴囊肿胀9例(2.4%),术后平均住院时间5.1 d,随访1～5年,有1例复发(0.3%)。结论:疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗成人腹股沟疝安全可靠,临床效果满意,推广价值高。Objective： To explore the therapeutic effect of plug and mesh tension-free hernioplasty in the treatment of inguinal hernias.Methods： The clinical data of 381 patients with inguinal hernia that underwent plug and mesh tension-free hernioplasty from Jan.2006 to Mar.2010 were analyzed retrospectively.Results： All cases operated successfully,nobody wound infect or dead;Thirteen cases（3.4%） had urinary retention after operation;Nine cases（2.4%） had scrotal hydrocele.The mean postoperative hospital stay was 5.1 days.There was 1 recurrence case（0.3%） in follow-up period from 1 to 5 years.Conclusion： Plug and mesh tension-free hernioplasty is a safe and reliable method to cure adult inguinal hernias with an excellent therapeutic effect.The technique is worthy to be spread in all hospitals.
