急性化脓性梗阻性胆管炎实施损伤控制性外科治疗的护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨损伤控制性外科(DCS)技术治疗急性化脓性梗阻性胆管炎(AOSC)的围术期护理经验和效果。方法:对本院普外科2006年7月～2011年1月收治的46例急性化脓性梗阻性胆管炎患者,实施损伤控制性手术的围术期护理进行回顾性分析。结果:本组患者实施DCS治疗期间,没有发生致死性低体温、凝血障碍及严重酸中毒,护理效果良好。结论:加强急性化脓性梗阻性胆管炎损伤控制性手术患者的早期复苏、监护与护理,是患者顺利进行确定性手术的保证。Objective： To discuss the nursing experience and effects in the perioperative nursing of the damage control surgery（DCS） curing the acute obstructive suppurative cholangitis（AOSC）.Methods： Retrospective analyzed 46 cases AOSC patients from July 2006 to January 2011 in the general surgery of the hospital,all patients were given conducted the perioperative nursing of damage control operation.Results： In the DCS period,there was no fatal hypothermia,coagulopathy or severe acidosis occurring to the group of patients.Good nursing effects were obtained.Conclusion： It is guarantee of conduction assured operation for AOSC and DCS patients to enhance the early recovery,tutelage and nursing.
