论我国医疗纠纷ADR解决机制的构建

摘　　要：针对我国医疗纠纷的现状及解决机制存在的诸多弊端,结合我国现有制度和体制,提出符合我国国情的ADR解决形式。在我国解决医疗纠纷的过程中,应鼓励和支持和解机制,完善多元化的调解机制及建立相应的医事仲裁制度,并强调了诉讼机制与非诉机制的衔接与互补。The paper which focuses on the present situation of medical disputes and sorts of drawbacks in its resolution mechanism and according to system and mechanisms of our country,puts forward a form of ADR resolution which suits our national conditions.During the process of the medical dispute resolution,we should encourage and support the reconciliation mechanisms,improve the diversification of the mediation mechanism and establish related medical arbitration system,emphasize on cohesion and interaction between procedural and non-procedural mechanism.
